Megan (she/they) is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Yoga Teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I support people who are experiencing health challenges related to stress, burnout, and autoimmunity in returning to themselves and their bodies.
I began my journey to improve nutrition and wellness in 2012, when I found out I have celiac.
Since then I have learned to heal myself by switching to a whole foods diet, along with studying yoga, Alexander Technique, and martial arts. I currently teach yoga, along with offering private nutrition coaching sessions. I use yoga as a tool for deeper connection with the body and to create integrated healing and hope to provide the same for my clients. I am trained in Trauma Informed Yoga and believe in creating a culture of allowing and exploration in my sessions.
After many years of self-study, I pursued formal nutrition education at Bauman College where I graduated with High Honors. I am especially excited about working with people who have gotten off track for one reason or another and need a little help restoring wellness. I believe that people already have the answers they need within them. Sometimes they need guidance in returning to the natural intuition of their bodies.
When not working with clients, you can find me running stairs, spending time in the sun, and training jiu jitsu.
